IN PERSON: Registration forms can be completed
and processed at Membership Services at the Strathroy-Caradoc Family YMCA.

Payment Options

Payment in Full: You may choose to pay for camp in full at time of registration. Payment can be made by cash, current cheque, Visa, MasterCard or debit card.

Extended Payment Option: Our payment schedule and dates are indicated on the Registration and Payment Schedule, located on the back of your child’s registration form. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Pre-authorized Debit.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations received in writing seven (7) days before the affected session will receive a full refund less deposit. Refunds requested after this time will require a medical certificate.

NSF Payments: All NSF payments will be subject to a $30 service charge.

Extended Care: The Extended Care Option offers supervised after camp care at each camp site from 4:30pm-5:30pm for the cost of $4.00/day. You can pick up your child any time within this time frame. Campers will participate in age appropriate activities while waiting for your arrival at the end of the day. For the safety of your child, please meet with a YMCA staff person to sign your child in and out each day they attend.

Children with Special Needs: The Strathroy-Caradoc Family YMCA is committed to the philosophy of inclusion. If your child requires support due to special needs, please check off the appropriate box on the Registration Form. One week of camp will be available for your campers, allowing us to provide a camper spot to as many children with special needs as possible. Please note: Special needs registrants must register in the branch, and not online to ensure availability and support.

Financial Assistance: Strathroy-Caradoc Family YMCA prides itself on not turning anyone away based upon an inability to pay. We would like everyone to have the opportunity to participate in our Day Camp Programs. Financial subsidy for some campers of working families is available through the Middlesex County Services Department to help assist in the cost of summer camp while you are at work. The Strathroy-Caradoc Family YMCA also provides financial assistance through our campership program. For more information on financial assistance please call 519.245.6075.

Please note: When applying for financial assistance registrations/applications must be submitted in person at the branch.

Camp T-shirts: Day camp t-shirts are $15 each. T-shirts can be purchased at the time of registration.

Strong Kids Campaign: The YMCA offers financial assistance to those in need, through its STRONG KIDS program. This assistance, to London and surrounding area families, provides access for all to our programs and services.
