Register for Woodstock
YMCA 2010 Day Camp!


We look forward to the upcoming summer, making
new friends and seeing all of those familiar faces
at camp once again. We have a variety of program options for new and experienced campers alike!

and processed at Membership Services at the St.Thomas-Elgin Family YMCA.

Please note that registrations are due by noon on the THURSDAY prior to the camp session requested. Registrations will not be accepted on the weekend for the upcoming week.

Payment Options

Extended Payment Option: A current, non-refundable deposit and preauthorized payments must accompany registration. Remaining payments can be made in cash, current cheque, VISA, MasterCard, or preauthorized payment. A preauthorized payment plan can be
set-up by completing the appropriate information on page 2 of the registration form. Camps must be paid in full at the beginning of each month prior to camp taking place (June 1 for July camps and July 1 for August camps).

Cancellations & Refunds: All refunds and cancellations must be handled through the camp registration centre and be approved by the Camp Manager. Cancellations received in writing seven (7) days before the affected session will receive a full refund less deposit ($30/
camper/week). Refunds requested after this time will require a medical certificate.

NSF Payments: All NSF payments will be subject to a $30 service charge.

Extended Care: Drop off at Pittock Conservation Area (near large parking lot) is between 7:45-8:45am. Pick up at Pittock Conservation is between 4:00-5:30pm. PLEASE

NOTE: NEW for 2010 - NO drop off or pick up is available at the YMCA.


Children with Special Needs: If your camper requires one-on-one support, you must complete the Supplementary Form before your child can be registered. Forms can be picked up from the YMCA, or downloaded from the YMCA Day Camp site at www.ymcawo.ca. Please note that one-on-one support is subject to staff availability and funding. In order to allow maximum opportunity for all, the YMCA is able to provide up to 2 weeks of support. Please note:
Registrants with special needs must register in the branch and not online, to ensure availability and support.

Financial Assistance: If you require financial assistance, please complete a Strong Kids application form at the YMCA and attach it to your child’s registration. Financial assistance is available through the County of Oxford as well as the YMCA. Assistance information must be
submitted with registration. Be sure to apply at least 2 weeks prior to camp session to ensure that your approval is received on time. (Note: Please apply though Oxford County first, and then Strong Kids.) Download a subsidy form here.

Please note: When applying for financial assistance registrations/applications must be submitted in person at the branch.
