Group Fitness (14 years +) MMA: Workouts inspired by boxing, karate, jujitsu and more. Challenging for all skill levels, this class will improve strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness.
Wave: Instructor led group exercise on the Technogym Cardio Wave machines. Multiplanar cardio exercise to the rhythm – it’s 3 movements in one! Suitable for all fitness levels.
Core Conditioning: This is a fun and interactive program which will increase the participants' core strength while learning new exercises.
Group Cycling: Cardiovascular workout guiding you through a variety of intense levels. Water bottle & towel required. Please sign up at Membership Services. Space is limited. Come join us for the class. Level I is an beginner to intermediate class; Level II is an intermediate to more advanced class
Adult Karate – Shorinjiryu*: This practices controlled contact using speed, control, and strategy. Throws and takedowns are permitted, some ju jitsu and grappling are practiced.
Line Dancing**: You can get in shape, learn some new dances and have fun dancing with your friends. All are welcome, no experience necessary.
Stretch & Strengthen: Is just that...a relaxing combination of stretches that will limber and tone your body. A great class for any age. Combination of weight bearing exercises and relaxing stretches. Come join us for the class.
Shallow/Deep Aqua Fit: A combination Aqua fit class is designed to meet the cardiovascular needs of participants in both the deep and shallow ends of the pool. This type of Aqua fit class is ideal for cross training for fit individuals, but also for beginners who want an energetic exercise routine.
Kick boxing**: A fun and challenging workout using kickboxing techniques. Emphasis is on agility, strength training, cardiovascular training and fun of course!
Total Body Conditioning: Improve muscular strength and endurance using resistance training principles, giving an intense workout for all major muscle groups. Come join us for the class.
YXT – “Y Cross Training”: Total Body conditioning with a twist! Same great workout with variations on cardiovascular training.
Water Walking: This class is a leisurely-paced aquatic class focusing on proper body alignment and uses the water as resistance for cardiovascular and muscular endurance training. Come join us.
Yoga: Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. Come join us for the class.
Zumba: Zumba is a fusion of high energy and motivating music with unique, Latin inspired moves and combos that allow you to dance the hour away! Fun and easy to do!Pilates: This class program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the Class lead by a certified instructor.
Step: Improve cardiovascular fitness using the step. Come join us for the class.
Run Club: Train for a particular race or just for fun! Meet for weekly workouts and a fun social atmosphere.
Gentle Yoga: This class is a slower paced practice to make it more accessible to people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. Fears and challenges of doing yoga are minimized to create an atmosphere of safety and comfort.
Boot Camp**: Ready to work hard, look and feel your best? Join our Boot Camp, a circuit consisting of cardio and weights to assist you in shaping your body! Be prepared for indoor and outdoor activities.
