T he YMCA of Western Ontario is proud to operate five Health, Fitness and Recreation Branches with three in London, a branch in Strathroy and a branch in Woodstock. These branches currently serve over 12,000 members.

HFREach YMCA Branch is unique, offering different programs, services and facility features based on the individual needs of each community.
