Fitness & Recreation

The YMCA of Western Ontario is proud to operate seven Health, Fitness and Recreation Branches with four in London, as well as branches in Strathroy, St.Thomas and Woodstock. These branches currently serve over 28,000 members.

HFREach YMCA Branch is unique, offering different programs, services and facility features based on the individual needs of each community.
