Fitness & Recreation

The YMCA of Western Ontario is proud to operate five Health, Fitness and Recreation Branches with two in London, as well as branches in Strathroy, St.Thomas and Woodstock. These branches currently serve over 19,000 members. Coming late 2010, another YMCA branch will open in North London.

HFREach YMCA Branch is unique, offering different programs, services and facility features based on the individual needs of each community.
