Program Policies

Course Limits – members are entitled to two dry courses and one wet course

Inter branch registration – members are allowed to take courses at any of our branches with their membership

Additional Courses – Members can register for additional courses if they pay the non-member rate.

Non-member course fees – all non-member rates will be $70 per session.

Withdrawal Policy - a participant may withdraw from a course within the first two weeks of the course and receive a pro-rated refund. Shorter courses will state that there are no cancellations within the descriptions.

Course cancellation policy – if there is insufficient registration for a course or it needs to be cancelled we will give registrants 72 hours notice prior to the start of the course.

Registrations will be accepted anytime during the course unless stated otherwise on course details.
