Hours of Operation
Monday through Thursday:
6am to 9:30pm
Friday: 6am to 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am to 3pm
Statutory Holidays: 8am to 3pm

Membership Categories
Adult, family, student and youth memberships are available at the Strathroy branch.

Membership Assistance
Our Membership Assistance program ensures everyone has access to all our YMCA programs and services and the benefit of a well-balanced life with personal growth, health and wellness.

Child Minding
Child minding is available for 3 month to 5 year olds Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 12:00pm

KidZone
KidZone is available for 3 to 13 year olds Monday through Friday from 5:00am - 8:00pm

No supervision on weekends but families are welcome to use the interactive equipment in the KidZone from 12:00pm until 3:00pm.
