Cardiovascular Based:

Group Cycling
Cycle your way to good health. A cardiovascular workout guiding you through a variety of intense exercise levels. Water bottle and towel recommended. Space is limited, arrive early.

Step
Improve cardiovascular fitness using the step!

Step & Sculpt
Improve cardiovascular fitness using the step! This class also includes resistance training exercises to shape the body.

20/20/20
20 minutes of cardio + 20 minutes of resistance training + 20 minutes of flexibility = a total body workout!

Resistance Based:

Core Conditioning
This workout focuses on exercises to strengthen the abdominals and back to improve
core stability.

TBC (Total Body Conditioning)
Improve muscular strength and endurance using resistance training principles. An intense workout for all the major muscles groups.

Stretch & Strengthen
Relax while improving flexibility, balance and stability with this total body stretching class.

Yoga Fitness
This class blends strength and flexibility movement patterns with stabilization and progressive resistance training.

Circuit Training
Move from station to station working within an interval set up to maximize results! Cardiovascular training and resistance stations.
