Abs & Back: Intense workout focuses on exercises to strengthen the abdominals and back to improve core stability.
20/20/20: 20 minutes of Cardio, 20 minutes of resistance training and 20 minutes of Abs & Back, a total body workout.
Cardio Blast: This energetic cardio class offer high/low impact options as they develop increased cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. Instructor will suggest modifications of moves for participants of all fitness levels.
Core Conditioning: This is a fun and interactive workout which will increase the participant’s core strength while learning new exercises.
Cycling:A Cardiovascular workout guiding you through a variety of intense levels. Water bottle & towel required. Please sign up at Membership Services. Space is limited.
Lite ‘n Lively: This is a lower intensity work out specifically designed for older adults. It contains all components of fitness. All ages welcome.
Step & Sculpt: Cardio on the step combined with muscle conditioning makes this class a great total body workout for any level.
Tai Chi: An instructional program that focuses on the ancient art of moving energy.
Total Body Conditioning: Improve muscular strength and endurance using resistance training principles, giving an intense workout for all major muscle groups
Yoga:Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.
Zumba: Zumba is a fusion of high energy and motivating music with unique, latin inspired moves and combos that allow you to dance the hour away!

Boot Camp: Ready to work hard, look and feel your best? Join our Boot Camp, a circuit consisting of cardio and weights to assist you in shaping your body! Limited spots available so register now! 4 week program.
Boot Camp Advanced: Same as Boot Camp only more advanced. Must have already attended. Boot Camp or have used weights extensively. 4 week program.
Y Not Shrink It (A Weight Loss Challenge): Back by popular demand! Participants are separated into teams to challenge the other team members to lose the most weight over an 8 week period. Members work out as a team with a personal trainer twice a week, and once on their own. Nutritional advice is given with lots of motivation. The participant with the most overall individual weight loss is recognized along
with the winning team.
Tae Kwon Do:This program involves ancient martial arts training to improve your spirit,mind, and body.
Triathlon Club:This program is lead by a certifi ed YMCA fi tness professional focusing on the
development of triathlon training. The program will consist of training in running, cycling and swimming where participants will gain cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Must be a
YMCA member.
Kettlebells: A kettlebell is one of the most effective tools for getting into shape. It’s weight is centered below the handle, so when you swing it nearly every muscle in your body has to work hard to counteract the momentum.Power, flexibility, core strength, cardio, definition, balance and weight loss are some of the improvements that Kettlebell training can have. 4 week program.
