Cardio on the step combined with muscle conditioning makes this class a great total body workout for any level.
Cycling
A Cardiovascular workout guiding you through a variety of intense levels. Water bottle & towel required. Please sign up at Membership Services. Space is limited.
Lite ‘n Lively
This is a lower intensity work out specifically designed for older adults. It contains all components of fitness. All ages welcome.
Abs & Back
Intense workout focuses on exercises to strengthen the abdominals and back to improve core stability.
Yoga
Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.
Total Body Conditioning
Improve muscular strength and endurance using resistance training principles, giving an intense workout for all major muscle groups
Kickboxing
Put some punch into your cardiovascular workout using a variety of boxing techniques.
Fee Based Adult Programs Pilates
Support and strengthen your abdominals, buttocks, thighs and lower back.
Ball required. 7 week program.

Boot Camp
Ready to work hard, look and feel your best? Join our Boot Camp, a circuit consisting of cardio and weights to assist you in shaping your body! Limited spots available so register now! 4 week program.
Boot Camp Advanced
Same as Boot Camp only more advanced. Must have already attended. Boot Camp or have used weights extensively. 4 week program.
Break Through
Developed by Osteoporosis Canada and funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Break Through champions a holistic approach to the prevention, diagnosis, management and treatment of Osteoporosis through nutrition and physical activity. Includes basic info on the disease,nutrition and recommended exercise!
Pickup Basketball
Individuals ages 16 & up can come out to participate. Games will be as competitive as participants wish.
Y Not Shrink It (A Weight Loss Challenge)
Back by popular demand! Participants are separated into teams to challenge the other team members to lose the most weight over an 8 week period. Members work out as a team with a personal trainer twice a week, and once on their own. Nutritional advice is given with lots of motivation. The participant with the most overall individual weight loss is recognized along
with the winning team.
Zumba
Zumba is a fusion of high energy and motivating music with unique, latin inspired moves and combos that allow you to dance the hour away!
Fun and easy to do!
Stroller Fit
Fall into fi tness! All you need is a stroller, your baby or toddler, a blanket and a water bottle. Join us at the West Pavilion at Pinafore Park for an hour of power walking, muscular endurance and stretch. 6 week program.
Tae Kwon Do
This program involves ancient martial arts training to improve your spirit,mind, and body.
Triathlon Club
This program is lead by a certifi ed YMCA fi tness professional focusing on the
development of triathlon training. The program will consist of training in running, cycling and swimming where participants will gain cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Must be a
YMCA member.
