WSY
DROP IN CLASSES:

Bootcamp
Get ready to work hard, burn calories and have fun! This class consists of weights and cardio to help shape your body!

Combo
A class combining weights, cardio , core and balance. The perfect lunch time boost.

Step
Improve your cardiovascular fitness using the step.

Cardio

A quick cardio class, long enough to make you sweat, short enough to fit into your lunch break.

Weights
Want to gain on your lunch break? How about muscles? Targets all muscle groups.

“TBC” Total Body Conditioning

Improve muscular strength and endurance using resistance training principles, while giving your cardio a workout

Bars and Plates**
Geared towards strengthening all major muscle groups. Using a barbell and 2.5, 5 and 10 lbs weights.

Cardio Box
Put some punch into your cardio workouts using a variety of boxing techniques.

Body Blender

A class designed for all fitness levels, offering a blend of cardiovascular work and muscle conditioning. Includes various levels of aerobic exercises.

YOGA- Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced

Techniques focus on posture, breathing and mediation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.

Zumba
A fusion of high energy and motivating music with unique, Latin inspired moves and combos that allows you to dance the hour away! Fun Fun Fun

Saturday Surprise
A different instructor=a different class, you never know what you're getting but it’ll be fun, motivating and worth it!!

Cycle and Cycle Advanced**

Straight cardio- gets the blood moving and the heart pumping. Taking you through different levels of intensity.

Belly Dancing
Belly Dance improves posture, balance, coordination, core Strength and flexibility as well as muscle toning and works on the parts of women's bodies
which tend to gain fat faster; Thighs, Bum and Belly. Anyone can Belly dance as it is a low-cardio workout. It is performed by all ages, shapes, sizes, backgrounds and cultures!

This is a non competitive environment that allows you to stay active, have fun and meet friends.

Karate
Karate: Traditional style taught to give participants self defense skills, while also developing improvement in flexibility, balance, concentration and self confidence.

Kubudo
Kobudo: Ancient martial art weapons training. Enfaces is placed on participant safety. Great for developing control, hand eye coordination and muscle tone.

Orientations
A guided tour of our Cardio and Weight areas, where you will be shown how to effectively use each piece of equipment.

Personal Training**
Providing motivation, information, encouragement and programs necessary to succeed.
