WSY

Ball Blast
Do it all with the ball! Using the stability ball, this class focuses on core muscles. The components include cardiovascular fitness, muscle conditioning, relaxation and stretching.

Cardio Box
Put some punch into your cardiovascular workout using a variety of boxing techniques.

Group Cycling
Cardiovascular workout guiding you through a variety of intense levels. Water bottle & towel required. Please sign up at Membership Services. Space is limited.

Step n'Weights
A more advance version of the step class, fancy movies, weights & more!


Step
A great class for beginner steppers or those wanting to try something new!

TBC (Total Body Conditioning)
Improve muscular strength and endurance using resistance training principles, giving an intense workout for all major muscle groups.

Yoga

Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.


VON Seniors Fitness Class
VON program lead by VON fitness staff, designed for seniors. YMCA members welcome.

Karate (Registered)
This form of karate is integrated with punching and striking techniques in order to develop accuracy, balance and flexibility.

Squash Lessons (Registered)
These 4 week lessons are a great introduction to the game of squash. This is an instructor led session that teaches basic skills. Please register at the front desk. (small groups of 4 people)


Getting Started program (sign up at the front desk)

This was designed to teach the new participant how to use our Fitness Center equipment safely and confidently. A certified staff member will guide the new participant through a basic program, teaching the benefits of both weight training and cardiovascular fitness, as part of a balanced fitness program. Each participant will leave with a program card of their own to keep track of their progress. Sign up at the front desk.

Personal Training
Achieve optimal results three times faster with the guidance, motivation and instruction provided by certified professionals that will assist you in meeting your health goals. By appointment only. Extra fee not included in membership. $40.00 per session which is one hour. 5 sessions $370.00 – 10 sessions $350.00.

5 Steps To Success (sign up at the front desk)
The YMCA has designed a 5 step process to help you achieve your goals. This includes a “getting started kit”, two complimentary Fitness Orientation Session’s, and introductions to many new exercises.
